ART PSYCHOTHERAPY - £45 per session

Art Therapy can help to express thoughts and feelings and it can provide another way of communicating when it is hard to talk. Sessions are 50 minutes in length for 1 2 1 work and involve both art making and talking with the therapist.

Art Therapy can help with issues common to counselling and psychotherapy, including:

• stress 
• depression
• anxiety
• panic attacks
• abuse 
• low self-esteem or self confidence 
• relationship or family issues
• bereavement and loss


Art Therapy can help to increase concentration and attention skills, improve family and social relationships and increase a person’s confidence.
