Julie is a Qualified Hypnotherapist and a member of the Hypnotherapy Society.

Julie became interested in Hypnotherapy following extensive research into healing herself and personal anxieties.  Her interest quickly turned into a passion for helping others in the way that she had helped herself and decided to train and successfully qualify as a Hypnotherapist.  She is passionate about continually progressing her skills and expertise in a wider variety of issues and techniques.

BWRT works on the part of the brain that receives input from the outside world, from everyday situations, such as the above, to situations of perceived fear, phobias for example, and provides a response to that situation.  It searches for the strongest response that has been given previously, decides whether it led to survival and as you’re alive the answer is yes so puts in place that same response.  At this point there is no emotion involved so this part of the brain doesn’t evaluate whether the response is good or bad, healthy or unhealthy.  By the time it reaches the part of the brain where emotions are involved your response is already in full swing.

Using BWRT together we can make changes to help you to behaviour in a more positive way.  BWRT works by creating a freeze frame of your usual response.  You are then invited to replace your usual response with a different, more positive emotion.  By repeating this freezing action it stops your usual response in its tracks.

Individual Hypnotherapy sessions (Adult and Child): £45 per session.  

Weight Management Program - £397 (Initial consultation and 4 hypnotherapy sessions)

Smoking Cessation Program: £80  (Initial Consultation and 1 Hypnotherapy Session) 

BWRT: £45 per session (you will need at least 2 sessions)

Payment should be made at least 48 hours in advance of your session. 


Any sessions cancelled less than 24 hours of the session time will be fully chargeable.
