Ross is an integrated counsellor who always seeks to be effective and uses whatever techniques that are relevant to the clients' presenting problem. He believes in using a holistic (full body) approach to aid the client as fully as possible.

He has many years experience working in the Corporate sector including roles within Human Resources/Management/Technical roles as well as working for various Counselling agencies covering the North East and have experience dealing with clients of all levels who present with mental health issues, addictions, substance and alcohol abuse, physical illness, returning to work, anxiety, bereavement, anger, physical and mental abuse, panic attacks, sleep problems, self esteem and end of life. His clients have included members of the emergency services.
